Chris is an excellent piano teacher. My daughter wanted to resume learning to play the piano after taking a long break. She has improved her piano playing skill dramatically since receiving Chris' lessons. She is enthusiastically maintaining interest and motivation as a pianist with Chris' guidance. I’ve been hiring music teachers for about 10 years, now. Some teachers just give assignments from the Alfred books and the kids get bored or don’t practice and fail to progress. Christopher offers life lessons, practice techniques, and fun metaphors to engage the kids. He is an inspiring teacher who makes the kids want to learn piano and practice for him. Fantastic piano coach. Chris keeps the lesson fun while introducing a lot of information. He provides practical exercises along with challenging activities making sure your brain is working with your hands to develop proficiency. - Sean
This teacher gives lots of useful tips on how to train fingers to do certain techniques. He doesn't dwell on drills. He seems to have a good knowledge of piano literature and teaches from classic pieces, not method books. A good class for anyone who really loves to play the piano. - Leesa M.
